These "beach properties" are about as close to perfect as you can get anywhere in the country!
The entrance to the beach is a 5 mile stretch with majestic coconut palms stretching along the entire length...those coupled with colorful bougainvillea and almond trees ( to ensure visits from the nearly extinct scarlet macaws ).
THE AREA
On one side of the road is the beach... pristine, with views that seem to stretch forever. The sands are bordered by palms and grass which grows wild, but looks as though it was taken care of by a master gardener. An occasional piece of driftwood garnishes the beach after a heavy rain... and literally no one can be seen for nearly miles.
On the other side is the estero... an inland lake (or river that "deadends" if you will) which features some of the best fishing in the country... snook, sea bass, red snapper, and much more. This side of the property is quiet and serene...and the other contains the music of the waves. It doesnt get any better.
The property , we call it DOS VISTAS de Palo Seco, is comprised of only 8 separate properties, each of slightly less than a quarter acre (700 sq. meters). All have views of both the ocean and the estero. And each property comes with all utilities included.
