OK, onto why I really wrote the "worst realtor ad"...

Obviously , to attract attention.  

Did it work?   You bet.

I did get the "negative advertising never works" bit, which I don't totally disagree with...but I also got a heckuva lot of "thanks for opening up my eyes" and a lot of signups for our newsletter.  I also got called a few of things I wouldnt print.  But I have to consider the source on those.

The question I got...over and over...

"who is CR Home?"

...a real estate company who has the best real estate values in the Central Valley and in the Central pacific...our prices in Grecia and Poas are the best in the area, bar none...and the beaches homes in the Central Pacific area... where are you going to find a beach home less than a two minute walk to a gorgeous beach for less than $50,000?  ( we've sold at least 25!)... and where are you going to find ocean view where you can walk to the beach , listen to the monkeys, see the macaws and pay less than $35,000 for a killer ocean view?...we've sold at least 30 of these properties.
Our developments are even better values.

Our competitors brag that they can build for $75 per sq. foot.  We don't brag about it and can build for way under $50 per sq. foot...and the quality is better.  We can build cabinas of wood and we can build homes that will knock your socks off...for less than almost anyone else.  

Are we bragging?   well, maybe a little...because we really are damn good at what we do.   The name realtors and developers will laugh at us because we are no competition to them...and we aren't- because we don't sell million dollar homes and sell properties priced at half a million bucks.   That isn't who we are. 

We believe that people who buy land or property in Costa Rica are smarter than most realtors and developers give them credit for.  

Read our site...ask questions....a lot of questions. 
You'll find that we DO know what we're talking about...and you'll probably save a ton of money in the meantime AND find your dream property in Costa Rica.
