On the top of the world, it is at the very north west end of the Central Valley, providing a spectacular view of all of the Central Valley to the north east. This includes views of the Irazu, Turrialba, Barva and Poas volcanos and many more lesser known volcanos.

Out the front window is a spectacular view of the Gulf of Nicoya and the Pacific Ocean plus the Poinciana Mountain range, the famous "lady on her back". To the North an amazing view of San Ramon with Arenal volcano 120 km away. We estimate you can see 30% of the entire county from this one spot.

The location is exceptionally peaceful and secure. It is on the very top of the Monte de Aguacates. There is only one entrance gate and the property is surrounded by coffee farms and forests.

It is a bird watchers paradise located near several large virgin forests yet only 9 kilometers to the city of San Ramon, a town with a large hospital, University of Costa Rica, several bi-lingual schools and 16 NM to he pacific ocean. There are not many locations like this in the world on the western mountain slopes with a view of the Pacific ocean with nice cool, moist cloudy nights, An orchids dream! We have installed cement and stone trails for an orchid tour where people can see the hundreds of orchids we have placed in the surrounding trees.
