Hacienda La Arboleda

This does not , at first glance, fit our criteria for inclusion on our site.   However, the first phase of Hacienda la Arboleda consists of only 6 properties, each of one manzana, or a little less than two acres.  
The land is stunning, and each property has large numbers of mature trees amidst the coffee plants.   And the best is the view toward San Jose and the central valley and its surrounding volcanoes and mountains...it is so close you can almost reach out and touch it.   The night vistas are truly unbeatable.   And yet, you are still in the country...just four kilometers south of San Pedro de Poas...and yet you are still only 10 minutes from Alajuela and only 15 from the main airport.  
The location is phenomenal...the competition is priced literally 50% higher OR MORE.   The land is gently rolling yet is virtually ALL buildable.  Roads and infrastructure are being installed at present.  
these properties are dirt cheap when compared with the competition.   AND they are one of a kind.
