This is a special investment section that is definitely not for all of you but rather for investors from the States or Canada that want to participate in the rapidly growing Costa Rican marketplace...
We have been in existence as a real estate firm in
Costa Rica for over five years. We don't need to "toot our own horn" because our clients do it for us.
We have gotten a great deal of unsolicited publicity because of the "way" we approach real estate here AND the way we get results.

In the past two years we have also drastically increased our experience and contacts throughout the country. A perfect example is our new attorney, Mario Rigionni, who was a member of the last presidential cabinet and administration and is regarded as the country's top environmental attorney. His great grandfather was an Italian immigrant who sons and grandsons went on to help found the city of Grecia AND become professional soccer players. ( believe me, in Costa Rica, that statement on your resume is HUGE ) .
His coworkers also served for the last eight years on the presidential staff.
We are now branching, as many of you know, into developments ( Las Brisas, Ventanas del Pacifico, and Pueblo Escondido ) and we have uncovered many more opportunities which are waiting for us.
We see properties every day. We field calls and we have our own "scouts" out in the fields daily.
However, we are now receiving calls BECAUSE of our reputation. And we admit that we cannot handle all of these opportunities at once...but ( and this is a big
but...) we are taking steps to ensure even more rapid growth in the future.
if you are an investor and would like to explore extremely lucrative opportunities in Costa Rica...
keep
on reading. One example of a recent opportunity:
Costa Ricans tend to buy relatively small pieces of land in "urbanizations", small pieces of land with all
infrastructure in place. Now...we are the first to
admit that our experience in the Costa Rican "local"
market is almost nil..but when our topographer
(surveyor) came to us and told us that a local co-op
was interested in talking to us...we went. Seems
that the coop , who financed people seeking property , is prohibited from buying the land for them...which is where we came in. In summary...we buy the land, they provide the customers and the financing...we take absolutely no risk and make a huge return in a very very short time. While we are still doing due diligence, it is a market which is huge AND appears to be no risk.
This is only one example of the types of opportunities
that we see. We see larger pieces of land which we
have had to pass up because we did not have the funds nor did we have the marketing apparatus to sell the properties. Well, we are now 95% of the way there.
Do I have your attention? Is there risk in Costa
Rica? well, of course, there is. Nothing is 100%
certain in the investment arena...anywhere in the world. But Costa Rica is also a little different.
And so are we.
Costa Rica is a small country with a huge
international following. We have seen developers
with deep pockets swoop in and snap up land for literally pennies ...turn around and sell parcels for
literally millions of dollars. Those opportunities
are here but they are growing increasing difficult for the average investor or entrepreneur with no contacts whatsoever here to capitalize on.
...which is where we come in. We believe that the
next 5-10 years will offer huge opportunities for investors in Costa Rica. And quite honestly, the
numbers will bear this out. But more likely than
not, the average investor will not "have a clue"
because of the lack of "insider" information. And I
dont necessarily mean the illegal kind. I mean the kind that can only come from having friends that have daily contact with the types of opportunities that can make a great deal of money.
Where do we feel that the monies will be made and where are the greatest opportunities?
I think that oceanview properties that we will find in the coming months ( and actually have already found! ) will offer superb investment returns. I also believe that opportunities in the construction area will represent individual opportunities giving an average
of 50% return per project. And occasionally , there
are individual purchase opportunities where properties can be purchased at substantial discounts and held for shorter term and resold for substantial gains.
If you are an investor who wishes to explore the Costa Rican marketplace and are willing to consider joining forces with us...give us a call. Or send an email.
We would welcome the opportunity to introduce you to our staff, our affiliated personnel and describe in MUCH greater detail how Costa Rica could become very very profitable for you in the coming years.
It has already been profitable for us and we have had a great deal of fun doing it.
We like to think of ourselves as a family and we like to think that we can continue to grow and prosper whiile enjoying our lives in Costa Rica.
Call or email for more details. We are seeking
specific types of individuals and investors...and
candidly we are very picky. So...if you have an
interest...let's talk.
oh, by the way...we dont want to sell you anything...we will show you what we have done, what we are doing, and what we will do... in specifics.
hasta luego
