Many of Our Offerings Got Even Better...

Many of you have responded to our last newsletter with overwhelming interest, especially with regard to the Parrita beachfront lots… and of course, the dollhouse in the mountains overlooking Grecia. Well, many of our offerings got even better…

How? Well, as of late… due to the “lousy” economic climate… many offerings are now being offered with owner financing. It is still not widespread but becoming more and more available. The assumption has always been that owner financing simply does not exist… but now it often is.
