CR Home Realty is a small real estate company headquartered in Grecia...in the Central highlands of Costa Rica ...and about 45 minutes from San Jose and an hour and 15 minutes from Pacific beaches.
We made the decision to offer real estate in our area over three years ago after we moved to Costa Rica and after we built our first home. Rhonda and I saw too many Americans and friends that were looking to move here that had no idea where to turn...they could not get emails answered and certainly not straight answers from anyone about how real estate functions in Costa Rica.
In response to our approach to real estate here , we have been the subjects of numerous magazine and newspaper articles about CR Home and our success. We firmly believe that our "downhome" approach and no nonsense attitude toward the existence of a "two tier real estate " system here has fueled our popularity. Needless to say, these articles continue to give us not only credibility , but also a great deal of business.
We are a very small company and we only cover a very limited portion of Costa Rica. We do not sell upper bracket homes nor do we work in areas which we believe to be overpriced. We are the first to admit that we cannot help everyone. We do not pretend to have a huge listing base which covers all of Costa Rica. We cover areas we know and understand.
